Goal:
Improve communication between SCOTT and its key accounts, retailers, and sales agents.
Develop a digital platform to integrate communication, marketing, and sales functionalities.
In collaboration with the University of Innsbruck, we engaged over 120 master's and 60 bachelor's students in a comprehensive marketing and sales project. The objective was to improve communication between SCOTT and its key accounts, retailers, and sales agents by designing a digital platform that serves both communication and marketing/sales functions. Qualitative interviews with over 200 dealers, retailers, and business partners were conducted to identify communication gaps and business needs. Following the research phase, students delivered individual presentations outlining key insights and actionable solutions.
Results:
- 200 interviews with anonymous feedback from dealers and business partners.
- Tailored recommendations to build a digital platform that enhances communication and streamlines sales processes.
- 180 students engaged directly with the SCOTT brand, expanding its visibility and market understanding among future professionals.
- Reinforcing trust and improving collaboration between SCOTT and its dealer network.
