Goal: Successfully enter and establish SCOTT in the Hungarian market.
Implement a multi-channel marketing & sales strategy to drive brand awareness and demand.

Supported by thorough market research and the localization of key assets such as the website, workbooks and marketing content, a multi-channel strategy was rolled out. To drive brand awareness and demand, we launched various initiatives including lotteries, event sponsorships, athlete endorsements, magazine advertising, and large-scale test events. Fairs and Exhibitions were organized with selected key accounts and business partners to engage potential customers. This multi-faceted approach led to a highly successful first year fueled by strong demand creation and effective product cross-selling across SCOTT’s full range of sports categories.

Results:
- Generated €500k+ in revenue in the first year of market entry.
- Enhanced product cross-selling across multiple sports categories.
- Built strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, setting a foundation for long-term growth.
